Boxing Coach, Ryan is a professional boxing trainer licensed by the British Boxing Board of Control, He is a former amateur boxer having boxed for Shinny’s ABC on several occasions.
Ryan has vast experience in many elements of sports-related fitness as well as strength and conditioning through years of competing and coaching in various sports.
Ryan provides personal training and also helps to run the gym as well as training his stable of professional fighters for their upcoming bouts.
