Classes

Training on your own can be a big challenge. It’s easier to find the motivation when you’ve got some gym buddies. Classes are a great way to meet new people and a good reason to keep coming back!

Our classes typically range from around 10-20 people of all ages and ability who enjoy training in a supportive, friendly and fun environment.

We run zero to low-contact classes focused more on fitness, and also medium to high contact classes for people who want to learn to box. We also run women-only classes and kids classes from age 10-15.

Each class has a mixture of beginner, intermediate and experienced members plus at least two Coaches, so there’s always an expert on hand to show you the ropes and give you 1-2-1 advice. Whatever your health and fitness goals are, you’ll find a class that’s right for you at Shinnys.

On your first visit, please arrive 10 mins early so we can register you and explain what the class is all about.
