Gavin is a level 4 sports nutritionist, level 3 sports massage therapist, level 1 boxing and amateur kickboxer.
Gavin has over 7 years experience in boxing and kickboxing and earlier this year won bronze at the British championships. He has extensive knowledge in different aspects of training and is currently training for his first men’s physique competition next year.
