We are a club of like-minded people, very different to other gyms that can be slightly intimidating to walk in to. Membership is open to everyone no matter what your age or level of fitness, so welcome to the club!

A lot of people like the idea of boxing training, but worry they would need to get really fit before they join, or that they will be thrown in to the ring on their first day. The reality is, that everyone is encouraged to train at their own pace, to their personal level of fitness and to progress according to their level of confidence. We also run classes that feature only bag and pad work for people who prefer light or zero contact.

You’ll make faster progress at Shinny’s Gym within a few weeks than you would in months at a standard gym, so the sooner you start the quicker you will see the results to your all round health and fitness.
